I have never stayed somewhere with such a well equipped kitchen – from cafetière to plastic plates and bowls for the kids, most places don’t have dishes for heating in the micro or enough pans for 4 adults, never mind 4 adults and 3 children! You have thought of everything- even spare light bulbs!

As for other extras – your collection of games, dvds, the fact that there is proper sky tv and not just freeview, all the children/baby equipment, small table and chairs etc, makes for a much more relaxing holiday!

We also love the fact that we could go on a family bike ride from the cottage by only having to walk a short bit along the main road and the proximity to lots for adults and kids alike while still having the peace and quiet is great!
Oh and the log burning stove… and the plentiful supply of leaflets and advice on the area – we had everything we needed!
